GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all distance sales concluded on the website between BOUICHINA MOHAMED EI and non-professional buyers (the "Customers" or "the Customer") wishing to purchase the cleaning products and accessories offered for sale.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
These terms govern the online sale of basic, neutral cleaning products and related accessories (brushes, cloths, microfibres, buckets, etc.). The products offered do not carry any hazard pictogram. The essential characteristics of the goods are presented on each product page. The Customer must read them before placing an order. Validating the order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND VAT EXEMPTION
Product prices are shown in euros (€), net of tax. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), VAT is not applicable to sales by this micro-enterprise. Prices exclude delivery charges, which are calculated and displayed before the order is finally validated. The business reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is placed. Payment is due immediately and is made by secure transaction by bank card or any other payment method offered at checkout.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY AND LEAD TIMES
Products are shipped from our partner suppliers' warehouse to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if no date is indicated or if a delay of more than 30 days is not justified by force majeure, the Customer may terminate the contract in writing.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

In accordance with European legislation and Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal starting from the physical receipt of the order:

• Customers residing in France: the withdrawal period is set at the legal minimum of fourteen (14) days.
• Customers residing in the European Union (outside France): the business grants a commercial extension of this period to thirty (30) days.

How to exercise it: the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement by email to contact@nettoyage.shop, or by using the model withdrawal form set out in the appendix to these terms. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by email.

Exclusions (hygiene and cleanliness): pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for bottles, cans or liquid cleaning consumables whose cap, safety seal or sealing has been opened or removed by the Customer after delivery, as these products can no longer be sold for health protection and hygiene reasons. Accessories (brushes, buckets, microfibre cloths) must be returned new, unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Costs and returns: the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. The amounts paid (including the initial standard delivery charges) will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the goods or proof of their dispatch.

ARTICLE 6: LEGAL GUARANTEES
BOUICHINA MOHAMED EI provides the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years on new products, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

ARTICLE 7: COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first try to resolve it directly with the business by sending a written complaint to our email or postal address.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the consumer dispute mediation process, if you have contacted us first and have not received a satisfactory response, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:

ARTICLE 8: GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute persists and no amicable agreement is reached, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the Customer's country of residence. These terms are drawn up in French; in the event of translation, only the French version is legally binding.
